Just another manic Monday

Today was definately one of those crazy Mondays. Work wasn't too bad, but getting into the airport last night after 11:00, not getting home until midnight, and not going to bed until 1:00, when I had to wake up at 7:00 was pretty rough. I felt like I was going to pass out on my desk all day. After work I went home and changed and finally got my fat ass to the gym. Adam goes to a really nice gym and I got a membership as well. I felt pretty good after not having worked out in a year!!! I made it 25 minutes on the eliptical machine going full speed. I then ate dinner and showered and that is where I am now. I could have went home after work and passed out, but I didn't and I feel like my day had some purpose at least.
On a sad note, the Pistons lost last night, hopefully we can give the Spurs a run for their money in the last two games. I wanted to get back to NY on time last night, but didn't get home until the game was almost over. Tomorrow night we're going to watch it for sure and I can finally get the Buffalo Wings I have been craving all weekend!
The weekend at home was great. I was nice to finally see my family and my dog! My sister's grad party went well and the food was great. I only wish I could have stayed home and helped polish off the leftovers. Ashely was very excited with her present from Adam and I. I saw Kendra too, it was nice to talk to someone who understands you, and is such a great friend to me and my family.
After being home, I started to realize the happier I am with my decision to be out here. I love Michigan and the people there, but I know I would miss Adam so much, and living at home would not be easy either. My mom is a little over protective and I know that it would be hard to get the experience I am now, living at home. I think we'll both get by ok, and I'm sure we'll see each other often.
Well that's about it for tonight... I am exhausted. I will try to write tomorrow... GO PISTONS!!!

It was good to see you, too! Did I mention that I miss you?! Fiiine, I'm coming to the shore. Jersey translation: "I'm coming to the showah you whowah."

You have got me blogging, too! I loved reading your posts and now you can check out mine! Aaron helped me get a curser to begin...that's why the first posting was a TEST and Al just keeps saying "Get off the computer...that's all you need is something else to keep you from cleaning!" Any additional postings will have to occur when Angry Al isn't home!
