Work has been a little less chaotic. I made two trips to Columbus, Ohio in March and will be going back again next week. I actually enjoy the bi-weekly trip and it helps break up the work week. I am lucky enough to travel with my co-worker Mason who is also a good friend so it definately helps in getting work done and having someone to travel with. Besides traveling work has been a little more fulfulling and I've been getting positive feedback from my boss which really helps. I don't mind coming in on Saturdays or staying late as long as I know it doesn't go unrecognized.
St. Patricks Day came and went and for a Holiday that I've never really celebrated I definately did my fair share of "celebrating" this year. Kendra took the train to our apartment Friday night in the middle of the biggest snow storm we've had all winter. We woke up early Saturday morning for some pre-drinking at our apartment before heading into NYC for the day. We were able to take mass transit all day (a perk of living in an insanely conjested area) so there was no need for anyone to stay sober. We spent most of the evening at Kevin St. James (a bar near Hell's Kitchen) drinking and meeting some interesting characters (i.e. some scottish men who wore kilts and felt it was necessary to flash Kendra and I their "packages" after I asked them if it was true that Scottish men wore nothing under their kilts...guess I got my answer). After drinking for over 12 hours straight we decided to head home. On our way to Penn Station we stopped at a new favorite of mine, Burritoville for some much needed food. Kendra discovered Burritoville in January when her brother visited and it blows Chipotle out of the water. The prices are reasonable, the portions are huge, the menu is endless and the unlimited chips and salsa always hit the stop (even more so when you're drunk). After a long day we were home and in bed by 1:00am and didn't have a problem falling asleep.

The weekend following St. Patricks Day we went into NYC on Friday night to celebrate Jim's 30th Birthday. Dinner was at a small, fun restaurant called Manga y Bevi. The food was good and although the restaurant was crowded the atmosphere was fun. After dinner we went to Kevin St. James for some drinks before heading back home. It's always hard for me to go out on a Friday night because I usually get so tired around 10:00 and when I drink it makes me even more tired. So needless to say Friday wasn't a super late night.
Saturday night was spent in Hoboken with Jodi. We ended up at a bar I had never been to called Trinity and again drank more than I should. I had to babysitt Sunday morning so after crashing at her apartment I made sure to leave myself enough time to get home and relieve some of my hangover.
Other than that not too much else has been happening here. We've been having some warm weather and I am looking forward to Vegas and Summer!!!
