Besides a very dramatic Saturday night dealing with an ant infestation in my bedroom, it was a pretty relaxing weekend. We watched the movie “The Ringer” with Johnny Knoxville where he pretends to be mentally challenged to compete in the Special Olympics. If you’re reading this and have not already wasted two hours of your life on this stupid film, go into your Netflix account right now and delete it from your Queue. It’s strange because I’m usually a fan of dumb movies, but this one did not make the cut for me.
On Saturday night we just hung out at the house (see pic of me in my pajamas on the porch), unlike Friday night where we went to Leggett’s and took way too many pictures (see picture of me licking the beer bottles).

Yesterday was very relaxing, and I even read 50 more pages in “A million little pieces.” I’ve been reading this book since February, and I really need to finish. It’s a very good book, but it seems that every time I sit down to read, I’m really tired and can only get in about 5 pages before I fall asleep. I’m hoping to finish in the next couple nights because I only have about 70 pages left.
Last week I took a short business trip to Indianapolis and got to stay with Amy, my old roommate from college. It was so nice to see her and it made me realize how much I miss her and my old apartment. We had dinner at a brewery in downtown Indy (which is a really nice city) and then had a drink at a local bar where we were by far the youngest customers there.
I hope this week flies by because I cannot wait for the 4 day weekend ahead!!!
